What We Need to Start the Work
- URL of the web page with the form
- Description of the current issue faced.
- Content management system (CMS) login with administrator privilege
- Web hosting credentials for the server (cPanel or similar server hosting login).
- Details about recent website upgrades, modifications, or plugins/new feature additions that might have caused it.
- Email service provider details such as GSuite, Office 365, Zoho Mail, etc.
Note – In most cases, the issue is related to the hosting environment. So, once that issue is fixed, all forms will start working. However, there might be some local issues for some forms. So, with this service, we will fix the issues for one form. However, if other forms are not working, we will review them and provide the quote.
